How Care Club works
- Join free. Create or use your High Country Detailing customer account.
- Book and earn. Receive Care Points after eligible paid bookings and other qualifying activities.
- Build your tier. Eligible spending during the rolling qualification period determines your membership tier.
- Redeem rewards. Choose an available reward from your Care Club account. Your balance and eligibility are always confirmed by the secure HCD Rewards system.
Ways to earn Care Points
- Complete eligible paid detailing bookings.
- Join High Country Care Club.
- Submit an eligible customer review, with additional recognition available for a qualifying photo review.
- Refer a friend who completes their first eligible paid booking.

Refer a friend
Members can share a personal referral link. Care Points are issued after the referred customer completes their first eligible paid booking. Cancelled, unpaid, duplicate, self-referred or refunded bookings do not qualify.
Clear and fair programme terms
Care Points are not cash and rewards remain subject to availability, service suitability and the terms shown for each reward. Cancelled, unpaid and refunded amounts do not earn points. Points expiry and tier qualification are explained in the member terms.
