Member terms

Membership. Care Club membership is free and is linked to your High Country Detailing customer account.

Earning. Members earn 1 Care Point for every eligible $1 paid on qualifying services, plus any tier bonus. Cancelled, unpaid or refunded amounts do not qualify.

Expiry. Care Points expire 24 months after they are earned. Redemptions use the points due to expire first.

Tiers. Tier status is based on eligible spend during the previous 12 months. Existing members may retain their pre-launch tier for a 12-month transition period.

Rewards. Rewards are subject to availability, service suitability and the terms shown for each reward. They cannot be sold, transferred or exchanged for cash.

Referrals. Referral points are issued after the referred customer completes their first eligible paid booking. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, cancelled bookings and refunded bookings are excluded.

Programme changes. High Country Detailing may update rewards, rates or terms with reasonable notice. Existing points balances are not removed solely because of the Care Club relaunch.
